About Me

Lougle Me: I'm just another person in this world trying to make sense out of the tons of information available on the net. Just another person living with a horrible genetic disease, diagnosed in 2008, called Ankylosing Spondylitis. In 2006, I returned to college in order to complete a degree in Architecture, as well as had major surgery w/ months of recovery while attending school. As I fought through health, learning and financial issues I found that I had a passion for Urban Design and that I was excited about helping people live better through improved design and planning. During my 3rd year (2008-2009) in school, I was making plans to continue on for a Masters in Urban Design, however, banks had just begun to cut college loans and I was unable to secure enough school loans to cover my tuition. At the same time my disease began to hit even harder as the stress and pressure began to grow. In my final year (2010), I found myself physically and mentally unable to keep up with school let alone daily activities due to AS. At the age of 39, I am over 100k in debt from student loans, no degree to show for and my health is continuing to decline since I have no medial coverage.
