I had to get the carpets cleaned recently and since these guys were really good I thought I would throw them a mention out there in the social landscape. The carpets in my apartment are pretty old and have several stains and probably some gross bacteria since it's been years in between cleanings. Once, I borrowed a friends portable carpet cleaning and boy that thing didn't do squat for my carpets, so I knew I had to call a professional carpet cleaning company. I searched for carpet cleaning in the SF Valley and finally came across this company Carpet Savers Carpet Cleaning.
I had them out for a free estimate and liked the price... I got a first time customer discount :) Anyway, they actually got this one stain out that was really old and never came out with carpet cleaning solutions I tried in the past. I don't know how they are able to do it, but thankfully they got my carpets looking good again. So, if you need a carpet cleaning company in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley etc you can give them a call.
I linked to their site here for easy access Carpet Savers http://www.carpet-savers.com
There I should be a pitch man now :)

Your Weekly Police Brutality -- Police continue to endanger themselves and the public
More examples of how our police are using the worst tactics possible when dealing with protesters. Pushing, beating and shooting rubber or paintball pellets at peaceful protesters is not protecting the public it is endangering the very people that pay taxes for their service. Not only are the protesters in danger, but the police are putting themselves in danger by escalating and instigating violence during these peaceful protests.
It's a loose-loose for the police as far as I am concerned.
#1. Violating the public's rights
#2. Putting everyone in danger for violence
#3. Destroying the public's view and thus trust of the police
#4. Destroying public support and or backing for the police when it comes time to get funding and pensions issues addressed.
I guess what I am trying to say is... Who are the police here to "Serve and Protect" if not these people....
Here are a few videos from yesterdays #J20 action in San Francisco and UC Riverside Campus
These are videos you will not see on Mainstream Media...
Pay attention when 17:00 mins comes up that is when things go off in the wrong direction

Day 3 of #WorldWarWeb #OpMegaupload Anonymous continues the largest and longest cyber war -- #hacktivism
In day 3 of the #WorldWarWeb, #OpMegaupload continues with thousands of DDOS attackers, from all around the world, targeting so many websites it is becoming difficult to keep up with.
IMPORTANT
There are reports that non-Anonymous people were somehow tricked into participating in the DDOS attacks. Apparently, this happened when people began clicking on links without checking them first and then realizing that they had landed on a webpage with some type of programming already installed within the page. This page apparently began to DDOS targeted websites, which made non-participants unwillingly attackers.
I try to check any links that I re-tweet or post prior to postings, however if the site changes after I have linked it I will not be able to know since I am not constantly checking all of the links.
DDOS attacks have been found to be illegal in several countries, including the US and UK.
Below is a Wikiepedia link to information on the Computer Fraud Abuse Act in the US,which has been used to prosecute DDOS attackers.

Don't be to alarmed... In order to be charged you would have to knowingly be participating in the DDOS, so you should be ok if you find yourself falling for this. Just keep an eye out on what you are doing online.

#Occupycongress Undercover Capital Police instigate by pushing protesters and then arresting caught on video
The #OccupyCongress protests took place today and when they reached the Supreme Court they were met by dozens of police officers. However, what the protesters didn't realize there were undercover/plain clothes officers mixed within the crowd of protesters. Watch the video below and pay attention when 22:00 minutes hit... That is when an undercover officer is seen on video pushing protesters and then eventually ending up on the ground arresting another protester. This type of stuff continues on throughout the video. The Occupy groups have done nothing but been peaceful, yet the police continue to use extremely poor tactics that do nothing but increase tensions and break individual rights.
